Junior Boys' draw is invitational
(association champions & wildcard entries)

Teams wishing to enter any of the three tournament draws must complete all of the following requirements. Entries will be confirmed by e-mail once all of the following are received.

Team Entry & Seeding Forms

Junior Boys' Entries
Association champions and wild card entries must submit their completed team entry form and team seeding form immediately after their association championship and no later than Monday, May 30th. Entry and seeding forms must be filled out on-line and e-mailed to rcooke51@cogeco.ca.

Junior Girls' Entries
To secure a spot for your team in the Junior Girls' draw, which are filled on a first-come-first-served basis, submit the completed team entry form along with the entry fee. Team seeding form are due no later than Monday, May 30th. Entry and seeding forms must be filled out on-line and e-mailed to rcooke51@cogeco.ca.

Midget Boys' Entries
To secure a spot for your team in the Midget Boys' draw, which are filled on a first-come-first-served basis, submit the completed team entry form along with the entry fee. No team seeding form is required for Midget Boys' entries. Entry forms must be filled out on-line and e-mailed to rcooke51@cogeco.ca no later than Monday, May 30th.

Certificate of Insurance

Each team must e-mail or fax a "certificate of insurance" from their school board's insurance company naming the Hastings & Prince Edward District School Board as an additional insured with respect to the Barbarian Cup on June 5th & 6th, 2016. The certificate of insurance must have a minimum limit of coverage of $5 million.

Certificates can be emailed to rcooke51@cogeco.ca or faxed to 613-966-4565.

Don't know who to contact at your board to get the certificate? Start with the person incharge of 'risk management'. If your board is insured through OSBIE, the 'risk management' person can contact Tracey @ OSBIE. Tracey is aware of the tournament and the certificate requirements.

Tournament Entry Fee

The entry fee is $350 for one team or $300 for multiple teams. (I.e. 2 teams for $600 and 3 teams for $900).

Character Player Form

Positive character is a key component of a great person and a great athlete. Read the character attributes, choose your team's character player and submit the completed character player form with the rest of your registration information. Barbarian Rugby has donated a rugby jersey that will be awarded to your character player after one of your games.
